OstroVit Manganese Bisglycinate supplies the trace element manganese chelated with glycine. Manganese is found in whole grains, nuts, legumes and tea.
- Manganese contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the maintenance of normal bones, the normal formation of connective tissue and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
