Description

OstroVit 100% Vit&Min is a complete daily multivitamin and multimineral tablet with 20 nutrients, mostly at 100% of the reference intake, in well-absorbed forms such as magnesium citrate, iron and manganese bisglycinates, zinc picolinate, L-selenomethionine, methylfolate (L-5-MTHF), methylcobalamin and P-5-P.

Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron, magnesium, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
