Description
OstroVit Vit&Min FORTE is a higher-potency daily multivitamin with 21 vitamins and minerals, including high levels of vitamins B1 and B2, plus potassium, chromium and selenium, for people with increased needs such as active adults.
- Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Iron, magnesium, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Directions
Adults: 2 tablets a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
