Description
OstroVit Omega 3 provides fish oil from Peruvian anchovies, a natural source of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, in a softgel.
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).

Ingredients
Per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg, of which EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
