Description

OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK combines fish oil rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA with the four fat-soluble vitamins: A, D3, E and K2 (MK-7 from natto).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg, of which EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg; vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 800 µg (100% NRV); vitamin D3 50 µg / 2000 IU (1000% NRV); vitamin E 70 mg (583% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 50 µg (67% NRV).

Ingredients: fish oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, cholecalciferol, retinyl palmitate, menaquinone-7.

Allergens: contains fish.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with plenty of water. Consider a 25(OH)D blood test before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
