Per serving (12 g): L-citrulline malate 4615 mg (L-citrulline 3000 mg); creatine monohydrate 3400 mg (creatine 3000 mg); L-arginine 1500 mg; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 1500 mg (L-arginine 990 mg); caffeine 200 mg; green tea leaf extract 102 mg (L-theanine 100 mg, EGCG 1.02 mg); L-tyrosine 100 mg.

Ingredients: citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-arginine, flavourings, anhydrous caffeine, green tea leaf extract (98% L-theanine), L-tyrosine, bamboo fibre, sweetener (sucralose).

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Adults: mix 12 g (2 scoops) with 250 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Not on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
