Per serving (10 g): citrulline malate 3500 mg (L-citrulline 2275 mg); L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 1600 mg (L-arginine 1040 mg); L-arginine 1500 mg; beta-alanine 800 mg; taurine 500 mg; beetroot extract 4:1 500 mg; L-tyrosine 300 mg; caffeine anhydrous 200 mg; grape seed extract 150 mg (proanthocyanidins 142.5 mg); black pepper extract 2.1 mg (piperine 2 mg); vitamin C 80 mg (100% NRV); magnesium 58 mg (15% NRV); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: L-citrulline malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-arginine, beta-alanine, taurine, beetroot extract, magnesium citrate, L-tyrosine, anhydrous caffeine, grape seed extract, flavouring, L-ascorbic acid, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), silicon dioxide, black pepper fruit extract, pyridoxine.

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Adults: dissolve 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200–250 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not combine with other caffeine sources and do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources.
