Description
OstroVit Selenium provides selenium in the organic form of L-selenomethionine – the form in which selenium naturally occurs in foods such as Brazil nuts, fish, eggs and cereals.
- Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and normal spermatogenesis.

Ingredients
Per tablet: selenium (L-selenomethionine) 200 µg (364% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
