OstroVit Testo Extreme combines eleven ingredients: extracts of fenugreek seed, maca root, Tribulus terrestris (90% saponins), nettle leaf, saw palmetto fruit, Panax ginseng root (20% ginsenosides) and black pepper (95% piperine), plus D-aspartic acid, magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 (P-5-P).

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility and reproduction.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Per 3 capsules: fenugreek seed extract 370 mg; maca root extract 300 mg; D-aspartic acid 300 mg; Tribulus terrestris extract 222 mg; nettle leaf extract 150 mg; saw palmetto fruit extract 120 mg; Panax ginseng root extract 70 mg; black pepper fruit extract 2.1 mg; magnesium 57 mg (15% NRV); zinc 15 mg (150% NRV); vitamin B6 3 mg (214% NRV).

Directions
