OstroVit Uridine provides uridine as uridine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt (UMP). Uridine is a nucleoside – one of the building blocks of RNA – found naturally in breast milk, beer yeast, tomatoes and broccoli.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: uridine 5'-monophosphate disodium 450 mg.
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
