Description

OstroVit VITA&MINERALS Sport is a daily pack of two separate capsules: VIT-MULTI with 12 vitamins plus N-acetyl-L-cysteine, alpha-lipoic acid and extracts of green tea, ashwagandha, nettle and black pepper; and MIN-MULTI with 10 minerals including iodine from kelp (Saccharina japonica). Separating vitamins and minerals keeps each formula compact.

Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Magnesium, calcium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.

VIT-MULTI (1 capsule): vitamin C 320 mg (400%); vitamin E 24 mg (200%); vitamin D 50 µg (1000%); thiamine 22 mg (2000%); riboflavin 22 mg (1571%); vitamin B6 18 mg (1286%); niacin 16 mg (100%); pantothenic acid 18 mg (300%); folic acid 400 µg (200%); biotin 100 µg (200%); vitamin B12 25 µg (1000%); vitamin A 800 µg (100%); N-acetyl-L-cysteine 75 mg; alpha-lipoic acid 10 mg; green tea leaf extract (50% polyphenols) 60 mg; ashwagandha root extract (7.2% withanolides) 50 mg; nettle leaf extract 60 mg; black pepper extract (95% piperine) 1 mg.

MIN-MULTI (1 capsule): magnesium 170 mg (45%); calcium 120 mg (15%); potassium 75 mg (4%); zinc 15 mg (150%); manganese 3 mg (150%); selenium 75 µg (136%); iron 3 mg (21%); copper 0.5 mg (50%); chromium 150 µg (375%); kelp (Saccharina japonica) extract 15 mg providing iodine 150 µg (100%) – % NRV.

Allergens: may contain milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, oats, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions

Adults: 1 VIT-MULTI capsule and 1 MIN-MULTI capsule a day after the main meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains vitamin A, iodine and ashwagandha – consult a doctor if you have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition, or take sedatives, antiepileptic or other medication. Vitamin B6 at 18 mg – do not combine with other B6 supplements. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Contains green tea extract: do not consume on an empty stomach, do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day, and do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under the age of 18.
