OstroVit Vitamin A provides 800 µg of preformed vitamin A as retinyl palmitate – 100% of the daily reference intake – in a vegetable capsule. Best taken with a meal containing fat.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 800 µg (100% NRV).
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
