ProSupps Creatine Monohydrate Dual Tub has two separate compartments in one tub: one side of Blue Razz flavoured creatine to drink on its own, the other side unflavoured for stacking with a pre-workout, protein shake or any drink. Each scoop provides 5 g of micronised creatine monohydrate.

Per scoop (unflavoured): creatine monohydrate 5 g.
Blue Razz side: creatine monohydrate, citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, colour.
Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustaceans.
Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250–300 ml of water or another drink once a day. Take daily, also on rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
