Per serving (9.4 g): beta-alanine 3200 mg; creatine monohydrate 1500 mg (creatine 1320 mg); L-choline bitartrate 1100 mg; L-tyrosine 1000 mg; Panax ginseng root 4:1 extract 50 mg (2 mg ginsenosides); cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum) fruit 8:1 extract 50 mg (0.5 mg capsaicin); KSM-66® ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root 12:1 extract 20.42 mg (1.02 mg withanolides); BioPerine® black pepper extract 5 mg (4.75 mg piperine).

Adults: mix 1 serving (9.4 g) with 300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. One serving is the recommended daily intake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
