ProSupps Mr. HYDE® Max Pump is a caffeine-free pre-workout focused on the pump: 4 g of pure L-citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine and 3 g of betaine anhydrous per serving, rounded out with arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and vitamin C. Ingredients

Per serving (approx. 14 g): L-citrulline 4 g; beta-alanine 3.2 g; betaine anhydrous 3 g; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG); vitamin C.

Other ingredients (flavoured versions): citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, silicon dioxide, acesulfame potassium, colour (fruit and vegetable juice).

Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustaceans.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 serving with 250–300 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with half a serving first. Can be combined with a stimulant pre-workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
