Per serving (13 g): L-leucine 3000 mg; L-lysine 1600 mg; L-isoleucine 1500 mg; L-valine 1500 mg; L-threonine 300 mg; L-phenylalanine 300 mg; L-histidine 100 mg; L-methionine 100 mg; L-tryptophan 75 mg.

Ingredients: instant BCAA 2:1:1 powder (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), L-lysine HCl, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrates), flavours, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), stabiliser (potassium chloride), L-histidine HCl, L-methionine, L-tryptophan, colours.

Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustaceans.

Adults: mix 1 serving (13 g) with 300 ml of water and drink during or after exercise. One serving is the recommended daily intake. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
