Description

Raw Pump is a stimulant-free pump pre-workout. A full 2-scoop serving provides 5 g L-citrulline, 5 g betaine, 2 g beta-alanine, 2 g L-tyrosine, 1.5 g Nitrosigine®, 1.5 g taurine, 1 g agmatine sulphate, 300 mg lion's mane and pink Himalayan salt – caffeine-free, so it can be used in evening sessions or stacked with a stimulant pre-workout. Raw Nutrition products are Informed Sport tested.

Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism (with a daily intake of 1.5 g).

Per 1 scoop (11.85 g) / 2 scoops (23.7 g): calcium 20 / 40 mg; chloride 290 / 580 mg; sodium 190 / 370 mg; L-citrulline 2.5 / 5 g; betaine anhydrous 2.5 / 5 g; beta-alanine 1 / 2 g; L-tyrosine 1 / 2 g; Nitrosigine® (inositol-stabilised arginine silicate) 750 mg / 1.5 g; L-taurine 750 mg / 1.5 g; agmatine sulphate 500 mg / 1 g; pink Himalayan salt 500 mg / 1 g; lion's mane extract (Hericium erinaceus) 150 / 300 mg.

Other ingredients: natural flavours, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), turmeric root extract (colour).

Directions

Adults: 1–2 scoops in 300–400 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
