Description
Raw Replenish is an electrolyte drink mix for endurance athletes and daily hydration, with 1000 mg of sodium from sodium chloride and sodium citrate plus potassium, magnesium glycinate and taurine, lightly sweetened with a little cane sugar and Reb-M. Raw Nutrition products are Informed Sport tested.

Ingredients
Per scoop (13 g): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 6 g, of which sugars 5 g; salt 2.5 g (sodium 1000 mg); chloride 1200 mg (150% NRV); potassium 50 mg; magnesium 50 mg (13% NRV); calcium 1 mg.
Ingredients: cane sugar, sodium chloride, natural flavour, citric acid, sodium citrate, taurine, magnesium glycinate, potassium citrate, sweetener (fermented cane sugar Reb-M); chocolate flavour contains cocoa.
Allergens: none declared.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop or 1 stick pack with 500–750 ml of water. Use before, during or after training, or during the day for hydration.
