Description

Redcon1 Grunt is a flavoured essential amino acid (EAA) drink powder. Each 9.7 g scoop provides all nine essential amino acids – 6 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (3 g L-leucine, 1.5 g L-isoleucine, 1.5 g L-valine) plus lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, histidine and methionine. Sugar-free, for use during or after training or on rest days.

Per scoop (9.7 g): sodium 35 mg; L-leucine 3 g; L-isoleucine 1.5 g; L-valine 1.5 g; L-lysine 300 mg; L-threonine 250 mg; L-phenylalanine 250 mg; L-tryptophan 50 mg; L-histidine 25 mg; L-methionine 25 mg.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 240–300 ml of water or another drink during or after training; on rest days at any time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
