Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. The Reflex High Protein Twin Bar provides 21 g of protein from milk, whey and soy protein isolates in a 60 g bar split into two pieces, coated in milk chocolate, at about 185 kcal.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
