Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. Reflex Isolate Pro is pure whey protein isolate (about 83% protein), refined to remove almost all fat, sugar and lactose – 25 g of fast-digesting protein per serving, with added digestive enzymes.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per serving (30 g): protein 25 g; very low fat, sugar and lactose. Exact nutrition values per flavour are given on the label.

Ingredients: whey protein isolate (milk) (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), flavourings, cocoa (chocolate), thickener, sweetener (sucralose), digestive enzymes.

Allergens: contains milk.

Directions

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200–250 ml of water or milk, 1–3 times a day.
