Description
Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. Reflex Plant-Based Protein provides 21 g of complete protein per serving from pea protein isolate, brown rice protein and pumpkin seed, covering all nine essential amino acids, with added vitamin B12, DigeZyme® digestive enzymes and friendly bacteria. Naturally flavoured and vegan.

Ingredients
Per serving (30 g): protein 21 g from pea protein isolate, brown rice protein and pumpkin seed protein; vitamin B12; DigeZyme® digestive enzymes; friendly bacteria (Bacillus coagulans). Exact nutrition values per flavour are given on the label.

Directions
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 250–300 ml of water or plant milk.
