Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. Reflex Pre-Workout (Fruit Punch) is an earlier Reflex training drink with L-citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine and caffeine to take before exercise. It has since been succeeded by The Muscle Bomb®.

Other ingredients: acidity regulators, flavourings, sweeteners, colour.

Directions

Adults: 1 serving in 300–400 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
