Description

Revive MD Sleep is a caffeine-free and melatonin-free evening drink powder with 400 mg of magnesium (bisglycinate and taurate), 3 g of glycine, 2 g of inositol and 200 mg of L-theanine, plus electrolytes. Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 240–300 ml of warm or cold water 30–60 minutes before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
