Description
Rule One Active BCAA is a stimulant-free intra- and post-workout drink combining 5 g of branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio (leucine, isoleucine, valine) with 1.5 g of L-glutamine, 1 g of L-citrulline, 1 g of taurine, 350 mg of raw coconut water powder and a 350 mg electrolyte blend. Ingredients
Per scoop (13 g, Blue Raspberry): energy 40 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; chloride 210 mg (26% NRV); sodium 120 mg; L-leucine 2.5 g; L-glutamine 1.5 g; L-valine 1.25 g; L-isoleucine 1.25 g; L-citrulline 1 g; taurine 1 g; raw coconut water powder 350 mg; electrolyte blend (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide) 350 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.
Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, salt, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sunflower lecithin, colour (varies by flavour).
Allergens: contains coconut.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 300–350 ml of cold water. Sip during your workout or drink immediately after training.
