Description
Rule One BCAA provides 5 g of micronised branched-chain amino acids per scoop in the classic 2:1:1 ratio – 2.5 g L-leucine, 1.25 g L-isoleucine and 1.25 g L-valine. Micronisation helps the powder dissolve quickly in water, juice or a protein shake.

Ingredients
Per scoop (8.5 g, Grape): energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; L-leucine 2.5 g; L-isoleucine 1.25 g; L-valine 1.25 g.
Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, potassium citrate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sunflower lecithin, colours (vary by flavour).
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water and drink before, during or after training. Can also be added to a protein shake or other workout drink.
