Burn Capsules

Per 2 capsules: niacin (niacinamide) 5 mg (31% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 1 mg (71% NRV); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 6 µg (240% NRV); iodine (from kelp) 50 µg (33% NRV); Coleus forskohlii root extract 250 mg; caffeine 200 mg (from caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract, coffee bean extract, guarana seed extract and zümXR® microencapsulated caffeine); decaffeinated green coffee bean extract 150 mg; decaffeinated green tea leaf extract 150 mg; L-theanine 100 mg; ginger root extract 100 mg; Capsimax® cayenne fruit extract 50 mg; grapefruit fruit powder 50 mg; grains of paradise seed powder 40 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract 5 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), sugar spheres, rice flour, magnesium stearate.

Adults: 2 capsules a day with water, in the morning or before training. Assess tolerance with 1 capsule first. Do not exceed 2 capsules a day.

High caffeine content (200 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 servings a day or combine with other caffeine sources; do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Consult a doctor before use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety, thyroid disease or are taking medication. For adults only. Contains forskohlii – not suitable for people with low blood pressure or taking blood-pressure medication or blood thinners. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
