Description
Rule One Charged Creatine combines 5 g of creatine from three sources – creatine monohydrate, magnesium creatine chelate and dicreatine malate – with a 500 mg electrolyte blend and a 150 mg blend of green coffee bean, tea leaf, guarana and yerba mate extracts (about 120 mg natural caffeine).
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Ingredients
Per scoop (8 g, Mandarin Mango): energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; magnesium 25 mg (7% NRV); chloride 260 mg; sodium 160 mg; creatine blend (creatine monohydrate, magnesium creatine chelate, dicreatine malate) 5 g; electrolyte blend (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide) 500 mg; energy blend (green coffee bean extract, tea leaf extract, guarana seed extract, yerba mate leaf extract) 150 mg, providing about 120 mg caffeine.
Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, salt, malic acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide, colours (vary by flavour).
Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water before, during or immediately after training. Do not exceed 1 scoop a day. Drink plenty of water.
