Energized Amino

Per scoop (9 g, Blue Raspberry): energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; L-leucine 1 g; taurine 1 g; beta-alanine 800 mg; L-citrulline 750 mg; L-isoleucine 500 mg; L-valine 500 mg; L-glutamine 500 mg; L-lysine hydrochloride 250 mg; caffeine 120 mg (from tea leaf extract and green coffee bean extract); L-threonine 100 mg; L-phenylalanine 100 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.

Other ingredients: natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, inulin, silicon dioxide, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sunflower lecithin, colour (varies by flavour).

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water before, during or after exercise, or as an energy drink. Do not exceed 2 scoops a day. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.

High caffeine content (120 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 servings a day or combine with other caffeine sources; do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
