Description
Rule One Essential Amino 9 provides all nine essential amino acids – 7.5 g per scoop, including 5 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio – plus a 500 mg electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium and magnesium. It contains no stimulants or added sugar and can be used during or after training or at any time of day. Ingredients
Per scoop (11.5 g, Peach Mango): energy 35 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; chloride 460 mg (58% NRV); sodium 160 mg; L-leucine 2.5 g; L-isoleucine 1.25 g; L-valine 1.25 g; L-lysine hydrochloride 900 mg; L-threonine 850 mg; electrolyte blend (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide) 500 mg; L-phenylalanine 450 mg; L-methionine 150 mg; L-histidine 100 mg; L-tryptophan 50 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.
Other ingredients: malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, salt, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sunflower lecithin, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours (vary by flavour).
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water or your favourite drink during or after training; on rest days take at any time.
