Description

Rule One Lean is a caffeine-free companion to a calorie-controlled diet and exercise, available as a powder or capsules. Both contain L-carnitine tartrate, apple cider vinegar powder, decaffeinated green tea extract, Capsimax® capsicum extract, grains of paradise and BioPerine®; the powder adds taurine, L-tyrosine, garcinia and coconut water, while the capsules add Coleus forskohlii, decaffeinated green coffee, dandelion root, vitamin D and thiamin. Can be combined with Rule One Burn.

Vitamins B6 and B12 (powder) and thiamin (capsules) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Powder – per scoop (6 g, Guava Lemonade): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g; vitamin B6 1.7 mg (121% NRV); vitamin B12 2.4 µg (96% NRV); L-carnitine tartrate 1.5 g; taurine 800 mg; apple cider vinegar powder 500 mg; L-tyrosine 500 mg; Garcinia cambogia fruit extract 300 mg; coconut water powder 250 mg; decaffeinated green tea leaf extract 100 mg; Capsimax® capsicum extract 25 mg; grains of paradise seed extract 20 mg; BioPerine® black pepper extract 5 mg. Other ingredients: inulin, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour (Red 40). Allergens: contains coconut.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), sugar spheres, rice flour, magnesium stearate.

Directions

Powder: mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water once a day. Capsules: 2 capsules a day with water. Can be taken morning or evening.
