Description

Rule One Lytes (now sold as R1 Hydration) is a sugar-free electrolyte drink mix: a 1.15 g blend of Himalayan salt, potassium chloride, calcium citrate, magnesium oxide and sodium citrate, plus 1 g of citrulline malate, 1 g of taurine, 525 mg of coconut water powder and vitamin C.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.

Per scoop (5.8 g, Blue Raspberry – current R1 Hydration formula): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; vitamin C 90 mg (113% NRV); calcium 50 mg (6% NRV); magnesium 30 mg (8% NRV); chloride 450 mg (56% NRV); sodium 200 mg; potassium 200 mg (10% NRV); electrolyte blend 1.15 g; citrulline malate (2:1) 1 g; taurine 1 g; coconut water powder 525 mg; watermelon powder 55 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, acesulfame K, colour (varies by flavour).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 350–500 ml of cold water. Drink before, during or after training, or whenever you need rehydration.
