Rule One Mass Gainer is a high-calorie shake for hard-gainers, providing 1,240 kcal per 2-scoop serving from a carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, organic rice bran and Carb10® pea starch) and a whey protein blend (concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate), plus 1 g of creatine monohydrate.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise.

Ingredients

Per 2 scoops (325 g, Vanilla Crème): energy 1,240 kcal; fat 6 g, of which saturates 3 g; carbohydrate 256 g, of which sugars 14 g; fibre 2 g; protein 40 g; salt 1.3 g; calcium 320 mg (40% NRV); iron 0.7 mg; potassium 410 mg; creatine monohydrate 1 g. Values for other flavours differ slightly.

Ingredients: carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, organic rice bran, pea starch [Carb10®]), protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate) (milk), natural and artificial flavours, guar gum, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), stevia leaf extract, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.

Directions

Mix 2 scoops with 600–700 ml of cold water or milk (a blender works best). Take 1 serving a day between meals or after training; half a serving can be used for a lighter shake.
