Rule One Men's Multi Active Lifestyle (Train Daily) supplies 24 vitamins and minerals in high amounts – including 37.5 µg vitamin D3, 500 mg vitamin C, a strong B-complex, zinc and selenium – plus a 500 mg BCAA blend, glutamine, tyrosine, digestive enzymes, a berry blend, ginkgo, Asian ginseng, green and black tea, alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed, carotenoids and astaxanthin.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function and the normal function of the immune system.
B vitamins (B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, biotin) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
