Description

Rule One Pump is a caffeine-free pre-workout built around 3 g of L-citrulline, 500 mg of L-arginine and 500 mg of Nitrosigine® (inositol-stabilised arginine silicate), with 2 g of taurine, 1 g of betaine, whole grape and pine bark extracts, the S7™ plant blend and AstraGin® (astragalus and Panax notoginseng), plus 250 mg of vitamin C. It can be used on its own or stacked with a caffeinated pre-workout.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Informed Choice® certified – every batch is tested for substances prohibited in sport by the LGC anti-doping laboratory.

Ingredients

Per scoop (11 g, Grape): energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250 mg (313% NRV); L-citrulline 3 g; taurine 2 g; betaine anhydrous 1 g; Nitrosigine® inositol-stabilised arginine silicate 500 mg; L-arginine 500 mg; whole grape extract 100 mg; pine bark extract 100 mg; S7™ (green coffee bean, green tea, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli, kale extracts) 50 mg; AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus root extract, Panax notoginseng root extract) 50 mg.

Other ingredients: malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours (vary by flavour).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water or sports drink 15–20 minutes before exercise.
