Rule One R1 Casein is made from micellar casein, the slow-digesting milk protein that forms a gel in the stomach and releases amino acids gradually – popular as an evening or between-meal shake. Ingredients
Per scoop (35 g, Chocolate Fudge): energy 120 kcal; fat 1 g, of which saturates 0.5 g; carbohydrate 3 g, of which sugars <1 g; fibre 1 g; protein 25 g; salt 0.6 g; calcium 600 mg (75% NRV); iron 1.5 mg; potassium 300 mg. Vanilla values differ slightly.
Ingredients: micellar casein (milk), cocoa processed with alkali (Chocolate Fudge), natural and artificial flavours, salt, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.
Allergens: contains milk and soy.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 250–300 ml of cold water or milk. Ideal before bed or between meals.
