Description

Rule One Clean Gainer is a moderate-calorie weight gainer with a 'cleaner' carbohydrate blend – maltodextrin, organic quinoa, organic blueberry, ginger root, organic rice bran and oat fibre – a whey/casein/milk protein blend and healthy fats from MCT, flaxseed, avocado and sunflower oil powders. Each serving provides 560 kcal and 30 g of protein.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.

Ingredients

Per 2 scoops (149 g, Chocolate Fudge): energy 560 kcal; fat 5 g, of which saturates 3.5 g; carbohydrate 99 g, of which sugars 9 g; fibre 4 g; protein 30 g; salt 0.78 g; calcium 280 mg (35% NRV); iron 4.8 mg (34% NRV); potassium 570 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.

Ingredients: carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, organic quinoa, organic blueberry powder, ginger root powder, organic rice bran, oat fibre), protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, micellar casein), cocoa (chocolate flavours), lipid blend (MCT powder, flaxseed powder, avocado powder, sunflower oil powder), natural and artificial flavours, sea salt, sucralose, stevia leaf extract, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.

Directions

Mix 2 scoops with 400–500 ml of cold water or milk. Take 1 serving a day between meals or after training.
