Ingredients
Per scoop (33 g, Vanilla Ice Cream): energy 130 kcal; fat 2 g, of which saturates 1 g; carbohydrate 3 g, of which sugars 1 g; protein 24 g; salt 0.23 g; calcium 160 mg (20% NRV); potassium 130 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.
Ingredients: protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate) (milk), natural and artificial flavours, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin (cocoa in chocolate flavours).

Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk and shake for 20–30 seconds. Take after training or between meals to help meet your daily protein intake.
