Rule One Women's Multi Active Lifestyle (Train Daily) supplies 25 vitamins and minerals – including 18 mg iron, 600 µg folic acid, 40 µg vitamin D3, calcium, zinc and selenium – plus plant extracts (dong quai, chaste tree, uva ursi, horse chestnut, butcher's broom, cranberry, black cohosh, grape seed, garlic), soy isoflavones, alpha-lipoic acid and a carotenoid complex.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and to normal blood formation.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of the immune system.
B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with a meal – together or split across two meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
