Per scoop (12.6 g): carbohydrate 1 g; calcium 40 mg; magnesium (bisglycinate) 10 mg; sodium 85 mg; potassium 60 mg; BCAA blend 5 g (L-leucine 2500 mg, L-isoleucine 1250 mg, L-valine 1250 mg); EAA blend 3 g (L-lysine HCl 1000 mg, L-phenylalanine 1000 mg, L-threonine 750 mg, L-tryptophan 125 mg, L-histidine HCl 75 mg, L-methionine 50 mg); organic coconut water powder (CocOganic®) 250 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, trisodium citrate, silica, Sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours.

Directions
