RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout (Noel Deyzel × Godzilla®) is a fully transparent, high-dose pre-workout with a flexible 1- or 2-scoop serving. The Pump Fuel matrix combines L-citrulline with NO3-T® citrulline nitrate, joined by beta-alanine, betaine, creatine monohydrate, Cognizin® citicoline, pink Himalayan salt, VasoDrive-AP® casein tripeptides and a stimulant blend of caffeine anhydrous, zümXR® extended-release caffeine and theobromine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine). (at 2 scoops)

Per 1 scoop (19.3 g) / 2 scoops (38.6 g): carbohydrate <1 g / 1 g; sodium 300 / 600 mg; potassium 100 / 200 mg; L-citrulline 4.5 / 9 g; citrulline nitrate (NO3-T®) 1 / 2 g; beta-alanine 3.2 / 6.4 g; betaine anhydrous 2.5 / 5 g; creatine monohydrate 2.5 / 5 g; citicoline (Cognizin®) 250 / 500 mg; pink Himalayan salt 250 / 500 mg; caffeine anhydrous 175 / 350 mg; hydrolysed casein tripeptides (VasoDrive-AP®) 150 / 300 mg; theobromine 100 / 200 mg; zümXR® extended-release caffeine 25 / 50 mg. Total caffeine 200 / 400 mg.

Directions

Adults: assess tolerance with 1 scoop in 300–400 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training; experienced users may take 2 scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours and do not use within 6 hours of sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
