Ingredients

Per scoop (12.1 g): carbohydrate 1 g; choline 200 mg (as VitaCholine® choline bitartrate 500 mg); calcium 60 mg; sodium 10 mg; L-citrulline 4.5 g; beta-alanine 3.2 g; RYSE Energy Fuel 300 mg (caffeine anhydrous 270 mg, zümXR® extended-release caffeine 30 mg); theobromine 100 mg; L-theanine 50 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, L-tartaric acid, silica, calcium silicate, Sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours (flavour-dependent).

Directions

Adults: assess tolerance with ½ scoop; then 1 scoop in 300–400 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not use within 6 hours of sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
