Description

Skill Nutrition 4 Mushroom Complex is an unflavoured powder of extracts made only from the fruiting bodies of four mushrooms: lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus, DER 15:1), cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis, DER 20:1), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, DER 30:1) and chaga (Inonotus obliquus, DER 15:1). Each extract is standardised to 30% polysaccharides. The powder has a natural mushroom taste and can be stirred into coffee, tea, smoothies or soup. Suitable for vegan, halal and kosher diets.

Per scoop (3 g): lion's mane fruiting body extract DER 15:1 500 mg (150 mg polysaccharides); Cordyceps sinensis fruiting body extract DER 20:1 500 mg (150 mg polysaccharides); reishi fruiting body extract DER 30:1 500 mg (150 mg polysaccharides); chaga fruiting body extract DER 15:1 500 mg (150 mg polysaccharides).

Directions

Adults: add 1 scoop (3 g) a day to 200 ml of a drink such as coffee or tea, or to a meal (soup, smoothie), and mix well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
