Per 2 scoops (13 g): energy 44 kJ / 10 kcal; carbohydrate 0.9 g, of which sugars 0.4 g; protein 0.4 g; salt 0.2 g; citrulline malate 4 g; creatine monohydrate 3 g; beta-alanine 2 g; taurine 1 g; L-tyrosine 500 mg; caffeine 300 mg; Rhodiola rosea root extract 200 mg; crystal pink salt 200 mg; Zynamite® (mango leaf extract) 120 mg; natural theanine (green tea extract) 80 mg; AstraGin® 35 mg; BioPerine® 5 mg.

Ingredients: L-citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, taurine, citric acid, L-tyrosine, flavouring, caffeine, rhodiola root extract, pink salt, green tea leaf extract, mango extract, colour (beta-carotene), sweetener (sucralose), Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus root extracts, black pepper fruit extract.

Adults: 2 scoops (13 g) in 250–300 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
