Per capsule: boron (Albion® bororganic glycine) 6 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
