Swanson Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg is the highest-strength ALA in the Swanson range. Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound that the body makes in small amounts and that acts as a cofactor of mitochondrial enzymes involved in energy production; it is soluble in both water and fat.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
