Description
Swanson Artichoke Leaves contains 500 mg of powdered globe artichoke leaf (Cynara scolymus), traditionally used in Mediterranean herbal practice. The leaves naturally contain cynarin and chlorogenic acids, responsible for their bitter taste.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice bran, silica, calcium palmitate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
