Description

Swanson Black Cumin Seed Oil provides 500 mg of oil from the seeds of Nigella sativa – known as black seed, kalonji or 'blessed seed' and used as a spice in Middle Eastern and Indian cooking. The oil is rich in linoleic and oleic acids and naturally contains thymoquinone; vitamin E is added for stability.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Per capsule: black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa) 500 mg, providing min. linoleic acid (omega-6) 200 mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 85 mg, stearic acid 10 mg; vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 3.4 mg (28% NRV).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
