Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 500 mg (625% NRV); calcium 56 mg (7% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin, riboflavin), stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet 1–3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
