Swanson Buffered C with Bioflavonoids provides 500 mg of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate – a non-acidic, buffered form that is gentle on the stomach – together with 200 mg of citrus bioflavonoid complex (min. 50% bioflavonoids).

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 500 mg (625% NRV); calcium 57 mg (7% NRV); citrus bioflavonoid complex (Citrus aurantium fruit extract, min. 50% bioflavonoids) 200 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
